Booking Process & workflow

This Booking process and workflow page is primarily intended for clients interested in or who have booked standard portrait sessions, including seniors, graduates, couples, families.

STEP 1: VIEW PACKAGES & AVAILABILITY

To see packages, click here. To choose a time slot for portraits (family, senior or couples), click here. Fill out the Inquiry Form if you need a photographer for events or headshots, or have questions and want to get in touch.

STEP 2: SECURE BOOKING

Once you have decided on a time slot, book your slot using the calendar & pay the $50 deposit. I will then send you the following:

  • Contract: Outlines the terms and conditions of the service.

  • Invoice for remaining balance: Details your payment plan, including due dates and amounts.

Note: Your date/time is only secured once the contract is signed.

STEP 3: PLANNING & CONFIRMATION

After securing your booking, I’ll assist with planning, including outfit suggestions, props, and location ideas! You will recieve a packet that includes over 20 great location options around the Greater Houston area.

Seven days before the shoot, I’ll confirm the session and provide a weather update. (For weather/reschedule/cancel policy, check the FAQ page.)

STEP 4: PHOTOSHOOT DAY

This is the day! We’ll meet up and capture your photos. My goal is to make you comfortable, help with posing, and ensure a fun, efficient experience.

STEP 5: PROOFING & DELIVERY

Within 72 business hours, you will receive 5 sneak peaks.

After this, I will begin finalizing the rest of your gallery. Within 15 business days you will receive a full digital gallery, and a coupon code to order prints, books, grad invites, and canvases through my site. Based on your package, you can select and download a set number of images.

STEP 6: HOUSEKEEPING & FEEDBACK

After receiving your online gallery:

  • Review photos and request any adjustments within 7 days.

  • Download photos individually or as a gallery. The gallery is available for 1 month.

  • Share and tag me on social media if you post any photos.
